The correct option is A 30000 cm
Let ABCD be a rectangular field and AC is diagonal.

So, AC=250cm and BC=200cm

In right-angled ABC,

(AC)2=(AB)2+(BC)2

(250)2=(AB)2+(200)2

62500=(AB)2+40000

(AB)2=22500

AB=150cm

Area of rectangular field ABCD=AB×BC
=150×200
=30000cm2
