1. Both tropical and deserts in Arctic region are characterised by extreme temperature and receive less amount of precipitation .
b. Both are characterised by extremely less or no vegetation.Both are extremely dry regions.
Tropical desert Desert in Arctic region
a. They are extremely hot and are rather the hottest and driest place. They are cold deserts, covered with snow , with average temperature of -2 degrees, which can also go down to -50 degrees.
b. They are found in the continental interiors Located in the earth's north pole region
c. These deserts comprise of sand dunes with little vegetation comprising of cactus, thorny bushes, shrubs The soil is mostly covered with snow, with little vegetation comprising of grasses.
d. Animals found here are reptiles, arachnids. Animals found here are penguins, polar bear, arctic fox
