The correct option is B 2427 %
Amount of water in 10 parts of 1st liquid =10×20100=2parts
Amount of water in 4 parts of 2nd liquid =4×35100=75parts
Total water =(2+75)=175parts
Total liquid =10+4=14Parts
Hence , percentage of water =17514×100
175×114×100=1707=2427 %
