The three ways by which the Constitution ensures the Independence of the Judiciary are;
  • By Separating of Judiciary from the Executive and Legislature thus providing it full autonomy in its working.
  • The process of appointment of judges of supreme court and high court involves consultation with Chief Justice of India
  • The Judges in India enjoy good security of service. No judge can be removed from the office except by a very difficult process of impeachment.
