The correct option is D 7,10+7=17
Total number of birds=17
Number of birds with green feathers =10
Number of birds with yellow feathers =17–10
On two number frames, if we place 17 counters first and remove 10 later, the counters left will be 7.
Subtraction equation: 17–10=7
On two number frames, if we place 10 counters first and 7 later, the total counters will be 17.
Addition equation: 10+7=17
