Total students=36

The number of students participated in a classical dance=9

The number of students participated in the English debate=12

The number of students who participated in singing competition=36-9-12

=15

The ratio of the number of students participated in the English debate to the number of students participated in singing competition=1215

=45=4˸5

Hence, the ratio of the number of students participated in the English debate to the number of students participated in singing competition is 4˸5.
