No of oranges which are rotten or saved for guest are $\frac{3}{85}+\frac{1}{5}=\frac{20}{85}=\frac{4}{17}$

Left in the box $=1-\frac{4}{17}=\frac{13}{17}$

In numbers $=\frac{13}{17}\times 500\approx 382$
