The correct option is A $\frac{6}{3}$


$LCM=2\times 1\times 1\times 2\times 5\times 1\times 3=60$
$\therefore$ the fractions become
$\frac{30}{60}$ , $\frac{45}{60}$ , $\frac{48}{60}$ , $\frac{90}{60}$ , $\frac{120}{60}$...........................[all of these are known as equivalent fractions]
Reducing all of these to its simplest form will give the fractions given in the question.

Looking at the equivalent fractions we can infer that $\frac{120}{60}$ is the greatest of them all as its numerator is greater than denominator and also 120>90, hence $\frac{120}{60}$ is the greatest of the numbers given.

$\therefore$ $\frac{6}{3}$ is the greatest fraction of the all.
