(i) In C2H4, both the C atoms has zero lone pairs of electrons and two bonds with two hydrogen atoms and 1 bond with another carbon. Thus, it is sp2 hybridised.
(ii) In AlCl3 , Al is bonded to three H atom without any lone pair. Thus, it is sp2 hybridised.
(iii) In CH4, C is bonded to four H atoms. Thus, it sp3 hybridised.
(iv) In NF3, N atom is bonded to three F atoms and has one lone pair. Thus, it is also sp3 hybridised.
