The correct option is B $$TiF^{2-}_6, Cu_2Cl_2$$
Oxidation state of Ti  in $$TiF^{2-}_6= Ti^{4+} = [Ne] 3s^23p^6$$
 (No unpaired electron).
Oxidation state of Cu in $$Cu_2Cl_2 = Cu^+ = [Ar]3d^{10}$$ 
(No unpaired electron). 
Due to absence of unpaired electron both are colourless
Hence, option C is correct.
