Oxysomes or F0-F1 particles are spherical or knob-like structures present in the inner membrane of the mitochondria. These are also called elementary particles or particles of Fernandez and Moran. These particles are responsible for catalysing the final steps of ATP synthesis.
F0-F1 particles are present in the chloroplasts as well although they are slightly different structurally and are called CF0-CF1 particles.

The endoplasmic reticulum is an intracellular membranous network extending from the nuclear membrane to the cell membrane. The lumen of the membrane lined channels provide a large surface area inside a cell for physiological activities. Endoplasmic reticulum helps in protein and lipid synthesis. It also acts as a transport system within the cell. It does not contain oxysomes or F0-F1 particles.
