1. Theoretically it is possible for a substance to have 'zero' specific heat but it is not possible practically, because till date there is no substance which can be 100% heat resistant when brought in contact with heat.

2. No, practically there is no substance which would have infinite heat capacity because if there was then it would be capable of absorbing all the heat around itself and everything around it would be at a temperature of absolute zero,.i.e., at 0K but till date scientists have only gotten close to achieve 0 K and have not actually achieved it.
