r= inner radius.
Inner circumference = 440m
$$\begin{gathered} 2\pi r=440; \\ r=\frac{440}{2\pi }=\frac{220}{\pi }=220*\frac{7}{22}=70m; \end{gathered}$$
Now radius of the outer circular track = 70+14=84m;
So diameter = 84*2=168 m
