1.Though the compounds such as Glucose and alcohol have Hydrogen atoms in their molecules yet they are not catagorised as acids why?

Dear Student!
The acidity is defined as the tendency to release H+ ions. Though, the glucose or alcohols have H-atom, but the atom is not bonded so that it could be lost during the reaction and so the molecules do not release H+ ions and so are not acidic in nature. However, in some alcohols the H-atom is released and so have little acidity.
