(1)When the egg is not fertilized, the endometrium (inner lining of the uterus) which is chiefly maintained for the implantation of fertilized egg gets degenerated and discharged from the uterus as menstrual bleeding.

(2) The mirror A is Convex mirror and B is Concave mirror.

(3) The relation between the focal length and radius of curvature of a spherical mirror is R = 2f

If the radius of a curvature of a spherical mirror is 25 cm, its focal length f will be 12.5 cm.
