Solution

Isotopes are the atoms of same element that have same atomic number but different mass number. Hydrogen is the only element whose isotopes are named as Hydrogen (Protium), Dueterium and Tritium. These are given by the scientists who have discovered or synthesized them. These names are not given by IUPAC. But these are still in use. There are also other isotopes of hydrogen which are not being named.
Infact IUPAC has not given name to any of the isotope. They are just named by writing the Symbol of the element followed by the atomic number.
