The alkali metal are most reactive elements of the periodic table. Hence, they are not found in nature as a native state. They are always found in combined state with other elements.

The reason for this is the bigger size of atoms. The attraction force between valence shell electrons and nucleus is small which lesser ionization energy. So electrons are easily taken out of atom which make atom reactive.
