Given expression is $\frac{100 - 100}{100 - 100}$ is an indeterminant form as its $\frac{0}{0}$
But for your sake here is the proof,
$\frac{100 - 100}{100 - 100} = \frac{10^{2} - 10^{2}}{10 (10 - 10)}$
$= \frac{(10 + 10) (10 - 10)}{10 (10 - 10)}$ As $(a^{2} - b^{2}) = (a + b) (a - b)$
= $\frac{10 + 10}{10}$
= $\frac{10 (1 + 1)}{10}$
= $1 + 1 = 2$
=RHS
