Moment of inertia of a uniform circular disc about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the disc and passing through its centre is I = 1/2 M R², where M and R are the mass and radius of the circular disc respectively.
Given, M₁ : M₂ = 1:2
R₁ : R₂ = 2:1
So, I₁: I₂ = 2:1
