So, 250 muffins are packed in $\frac{1}{8}\times 250$ = $\frac{250}{8}$ = 31.25
So total number of boxes for 250 chocolate muffins = 32
Also, 120 vanilla muffins are packed in $\frac{1}{8}\times 120$ = 15 boxes
Therefore total number of boxes required to pack 250 chocolate muffins and 120 vanilla muffins = 32 + 15 = 47
