Torque on the loop is given by:τ = m×Bwhere m is the magnetic momentτ = mBsinθwhere θ is the angle between B ans m.if τ = 0them angle between m and B is 0so magnetic field and magnetic moement must be in same directionwhen current carrying loop is placed in y-z direction then magnetic moment would be in direction.so magnetic field must be in x direction.
