It is the force acting normally per unit area.

Pressure on the larger piston is equal to the pressure on the smaller piston + liquid pressure:

F1A1=F2A2+ρghF1πr12=mgπr22+ρghF1=πr12mgπr22+ρgh =π15×10-3210×9.8π×2.5×10-32+750×9.8×1 =3533.2 N
