a magnet is said to be demagnetised when it is kept in heat or burnt . then why dose it not loose its properties when its near the earth's core? because its said that magnets are formed near the earths core

Magnet does not loose its magnetic properties when it is overheated or fall from height. but when the magnet placed near the earth core, Magnet doesn't loose its magnetism because earth core is itself a huge magnet.so it doesn't loose its magnetic properties.
