Total money = Rs. (7x²y + 4y)
If one of the sons gets Rs. (5x³ + 2y - 4)
Then the other one will get Rs. [(7x²y + 4y) - (5x³ + 2y - 4)]
Therefore,
=(7x²y + 4y) - (5x³ + 2y - 4)
= 7x²y + 4y - 5x³ - 2y + 4
= 7x²y - 5x³ + 2y + 4
Hence the second son will get Rs. (7x²y - 5x³ + 2y + 4).
