a mountainer boils a cup of water to make tea.the water boils but when he drinks the steaming tea,it feels cold to his lips .why?

As we go top of the mountain means there is increase in altitude which means there is decreases in pressure and hence the boiling point of the tea get reduced in mountains as compared to sea level.hence the tea will boils quickly and as the pressure is low the lips gets dry when we take a tea we feel cold .
