So, current required to operate the device is, I = P/V = 4400/220 = 20 A
So, resistance when it is working is, R = V/I = 220/20 = 11 Î©
On the month of September, it is used for 4 h daily for 30 days, so energy consumed is,
E = Pt = 4400 Ã— (30 Ã— 24 Ã— 60 Ã— 60) J
In kWh, E = 4400 Ã— (30 Ã— 24 Ã— 60 Ã— 60)/[3600000] kWh = 3168 kWh
