"AC is more dangerous than DC as it attracts a person towards is whereas DC repels" comment??

AC is more dangerous than DC for a given voltage because:

1. When AC voltage is mentioned say V volts, its peak value is actually √2V. This makes AC dangerous because of higher voltage than DC.
2. AC always changes its direction or oscillate. Human heart is also maintained by bioelectric circuitry that involves oscillating current, thus passage of AC through the heart may interfere and thus block heart pulses quite easily than DC.
