according to postulate 4 all right angles are congruent . but when the sides are extended they cant be congruent so how do this postulate prove right

Congruent means a exactly same, so all right angles measure 90 degree , have same length of sides.
If the sides are extended then even they are 90 degree but the sides length are different , so they are not exactly remains same so they are not congruent anymore.
