$\frac{A P}{P B} = \frac{1}{2}; \frac{A Q}{Q C} = \frac{1}{2} \frac{A P}{A B} = \frac{1}{3}; \frac{A Q}{A C} = \frac{1}{3}$
Triangle APQ and Triangle ABC are similar SAS similarity
Therefore using BC = 3PQ
