No, plants and animals are made up of different kinds of tissues.

Two types of tissues are find in plants- meristematic and permanent.

Permanent tissues can be further divided into simple and complex.

Simple permanent tissues in plants are- Parenchyma, Collenchyma and Sclerenchyma.

Complex permanent tissues in plants are- Phloem and Xylem.

Animals including humans are made up of four types of tissues- Epithelial, Connective, Muscle and Nerve tissue.
