Balanced chemical equation
1) The atoms of chlorine and hydrogen are balanced on product side by writing 2 as coefficient of HCl
BaCl2 + H2SO4 BaSO4 + 2HCl

​2) Firstly, to balance Chlorine atoms on reactant side, we write 4 as coefficient of HCl.
MnO2 + 4HCl MnCl2 + H2O + Cl2
​Now, to balance H atoms on product side, we write 2 as coefficient of H2O.
MnO2 + 4HCl MnCl2 + 2H2O + Cl2
