Solution

Answer: Buyers are the customers or common men who go to the market to purchase various commodities according to their requirements. Sellers are the shop-keepers who sell commodities to the customers and fulfil their demand for goods. It is the buyer who decides what to purchase and how much to purchase. The seller tries to convince the buyer to buy the goods but cannot force him to do so. Hence, buyers and sellers have different roles and different powers. Therefore, they are not equal.
