By the theory of relativity the whole mass of a matter can be converted into energy.Can it be converted into any form of energy? even kinetic energy?

Yes, matter can be converted into any form of energy either directly or indirectly, like heat, sound etc. To convert matter to kinetic energy a proper mechanism has to set up that provides momentum to objects.
