Can a person having cancer survive using the blood diffusion or the method by which a machine keeps cleaning your blood causing a circulation?? If no then why and if yes then how??

We cannot do so because the cause of cancer is genetic. Hence, even if we change change the blood, the cancer forming cells will remain and multiply to form tumour.
