can anybody explain me why negative values of temperature are not possible in fahrenheit and kelvin scale but possible in celsius scale?

Absolute zero is the lowest temperature possible.

At absolute zero, the temperatures on scales are:

0K on Kelvin scale

-273.15° C on Celsius scale

-459.67° on Fahrenheit scale
