Human male gamete is XY.

Human female gamete is XX.

Human male produces gametes with two types of sex chromosomes X and Y. Human female produces gametes of one type of sex chromosome i.e. X. For this reason male gamete is known as heterogametic or heteromorphic whereas female gamete is known as homogametic or homomorphic.
