Nylon,wool, cotton, silk, polyester, jute
Fibresthat are obtained from nature, i.e., from plants and animals arecalled natural fibres and those made by humans by chemical methodsare known as synthetic fibres.
Wool andsilk are obtained from animals and cotton and jute are obtained fromplants. Hence, they are natural fibres. Nylon and polyester on theother hand are prepared artificially and are therefore syntheticfibres.
