3 New Mangalore Port handles iron ore from Kudremukh mines. Vishakapatnam is landlocked and serves for iron ore exports.

4 Marmagao(Goa) acocunts for 50% of Iron ore exports in India. Paradwip, in Orissa also serves iron ore exports.
