Deficiency of vitamin B12 causes pernicious anemia. Its main symptoms are large immature and nucleated RBC's devoid of haemoglobin. The deficiency of Vit. E (Tocopherol) causes Haemolytic anaemia. Its main symptoms are RBC devoid of haemoglobin.
