Fog

Smoke is a colloid and comprises a collection of air borne solid and liquid particulates. It is a hot vapour containing fine particles settling of which being produced by combustion. It is highly pollutant.

Fog is droplets of water suspended in the air near the ground. An atmosphere in which visibility is reduced because of some substance .It is a non pollutant.
