Input Resistance : When we draw Input Characteristics of an amplifier(Common Emitter Configuration ) the ratio V_BE / I_B at constant V_CEis the Input resistance. Its value is low as compared to Output resistance.
Output Resistance : The ratio V_CE/I_Cat constant I_B. Its value is high as compared to Input resistance.
Current Amplification Factor : It is the ratio of change in collector current to that of Base current. $β$ = I_C/I_Bat constant V_CE.

V_CE= collector emitter voltage
V_BE= base emitter voltage
I_B= base current
I_C= collector current
