Consider that V is the total volume of the iceberg.
V' volume of the iceberg is under the water when the iceberg is floating in the water.
So,
Weight of the water displaced by the immersed part of the iceberg = Weight of the iceberg
V'(1025)g = V(917)g
V'/V = 917/1025
