Angular limit for the resolution of eye,θ =λd......(1)λ is the minimum resolution of the eye when two objects are at a distance D from the eye then,θ=yD.......(2)From (1) and (2) , we get y=λDd=5000×10-10×502×10-3=1.25 cm
