Difference between peninsular plateau , Himalayan mountains and the northern plains??

1.Formation:
a.Himalayas are young fold mountains formed in tertiary period. The Himalayan region is an unstable landmass.
b. Peninsula plateau are the oldest flat tableland feature and formed much before the Himalayas. Peninsular Region is a very stable landmass.
c. Northern plains are formed by the alluvial, sediments brought down by the Himalayan Rivers.
2.Climate:
a.Himalayas climate ranges from tropical at the base of the mountains to permanent ice and snow at the highest elevations
b.Peninsular region experience tropical monsoon climate to semi arid climate.
c. Northern plain experience tropical climate with chilly winters from December to February and scorching summers in May and June
3.Flora and fauna:
a.The Himalayas have mountainous vegetation of pine, fir, spruce while peninsular plateau have tropical deciduous, dry forest and Deccan thorn scrub forest.The fauna also varies, Himalayas have animals with wools like yak and sheep and snow leopard, panda, bear.
b.Peninsular region have tiger, lion,deer,Nilgai,migratory birds etc.
c.Northern plains have abundance of bushes, shrubs and grasses and decideious forests. The fauna in northern plains are black bug, peacock,nilagai, mangoose,jackal,doves, black patridges etc.
4.Geology:
a.Himalayas has ample potential resource but due to technological constraints they are not been extracted. The minerals found in Himalayas are crystal salts, limestone and gems etc.
b.Peninsula is very rich in mineral resources.Iron, magnese,coal,copper,bauxite,gold,Diamond etc. are being extracted.
c.The northern plains are formed from alluvial deposits and hence very fertile and agriculturally productive land.
