Business Employment
a. Business involves an economic activity undertaken by an entrepreneur. In employment, a person enters into a contract with an organisation under certain terms and conditions.
b. In business , there is a high rate of risk involved, as a person can incur huge losses, leading to even end of business activity. In employment there is low level of risk involved, as a person generally gets a fixed salary, however, in a private sector there is no job security a person can be fired if targets are not met.
