Repletion means the repetition of the sound. When sound repeats itself after some particular time interval after reflecting from the wall, this is called repetition of sound.
Ex: Echo.

Absorption of sound : When sound waves are absorbed by the material and we ca not hear them again, this is called, absorption of sound.
