. Planets & Stars:
I. Planets are celestial bodies moving around the sun; stars are celestial bodies around which planets, asteroids, comets etc revolve.
II. Planets may or may not have satellites; stars never have any satellite, but they are known to have planets revolving around them.
III. Planets are generally cold and shine by reflecting light from a star; stars have their own light, they are very hot.
