Solution

The victory in the game is not depended on the drugs the athlete takes in, its depends on the efforts put forth by the athlete. We should permit drugs that are safe and continue to ban and monitor drugs that are unsafe… there are of course some drugs that are harmful in themselves If a drug does not expose an athlete to excessive risk, we should allow it even if it enhances performance.PEDs that are medically approved only must be taken . They should not take them in appropriate amounts as prescribed by the practioner.

The affects of PEDS are:

Hypertension would cause a ninefold increase in stroke risk.
Dehydration causing an athlete’s blood to thicken, further raising blood viscosity and pressure
Infertility
Impotency
baldness
Liver abnormalities and tumour
Drug dependence
Aggressive behaviour
