Does blinking and breathing involve involuntary muscles or voluntary muscles?

Blinking of the eye is usually involuntary but it is also considered as voluntary because we are able to hold the eyes without closing for some time. So blinking is considered involuntary as well as voluntary.
Breathing is an involuntary action.
