Does the endolymph play any role in stimulating the sense cells?If yes, then what??and what is the exact location of sense cells, inside median canal or outside of it??

Yes the endolymph influences the sense cells. Fluid waves in the endolymph stimulate the receptor cells in the cochlear duct and semicircular canals. These movements translate into nerve impulses which is recognized as sound by the brain.
